A grocery store. I do that all the time in NYC just ask the cashier in a place you shop frequently if they do that.

Try any bank or check or check in larger grocert store chains for a"coinstar" machine, you just dump the coins in and for about 8% of the total it will print a receipt for the cashier to give you your money.

Coinstar or similar such machine is your best bet. They are located in grocery stores and drug stores like Rite-Aid. The local casinos do it too.
