Unless you bought that computer used, and do not have any infected files. There is no way BUT if you have infected games, floppy disk, or anything you put into your computer (A drive, CD rom) you CAN and WILL get a virus that will help a hacker better access your computer.

Well, since it has no form of network connection, then it means physical access. He'd have to do all his work while physically at the computer. Like said before, it could be from malicious code(doesn't mean he has to be there, you just gotta run a program from a floppy/disk he gave you), or he could do any number of attacks to get juicy info about your system.

Basically, he'd have to be actually at your computer.

does not on internet mean not connected up physically or just no isp access set up, because these could be different but basically physical access would be needed to the pc whether it be actually breaking in and using it or else putting a virus on a CD or disc to be used on that computer

If a machine is not on any network, it cannot be hacked by anyone who is not sitting at the keyboard. Period.

either they came in ur house before, and know everything from ur comp. or u might off had a virus before and its controlling ur comp even if ur not online
