I think there are cards and you pick a card and it will show a body part. that means you have to take the body part out of the boy with out touching the sides with your tweezers or his lose will light up and you lose

You put all of the little bones and parts into the operation man's body (the actual game part). Then you turn the game on and start trying to pick out a piece without moving the game and without touching the metal sides of the part's compartment. A buzz will sound if you touch the sides. When that happens, you pass the tweezers on to the next person. Whoever gets the most parts wins.

It is a game testing your fine motor skills. You have to perform operations on the man on the table and if you aren't careful a buzzer sounds! Whoever gets the most organs out of the patient wins the game.

The object of the game is to remove the different body parts out of the body with the tweezers. Be careful not to touch the sides, because if you do, you will hear a loud buzz that scares the living daylights out of me everytime I play... LOL

First you put the body parts where they belong. Then you pass out the specailist cards into even numbers between the players(put aside any extras). Then each player draws a card and tries to retrieve the body part without making the buzzer go off. If that person does not get the part out who ever has that specialist card gets to try. If the specialist gets it out they get whatever amount of money is written on their specialist card.

It is a cardboard of a fat man with cut outs for body parts. You take tweezers and try to get the body parts out of the cavities...without touching the sides of the holes, if you touch the sides a buzzer goes off.

nice question well you put the little peices in the slots on his stomache then you take the clipper things then you try to take the peices out of their slots without touching the little metal part on the side of the slots. if you do touch the metal part than the whole thing will vibrate and his nose will glow red.

its like the easiest game in the universe. there's a weird guy with 'things' in his body and u have pinchers in which u use to take the objects out of him. if u touch the side u get buzzed and u loose ur turn.
