Hi. I can't seem to get into Yahoo China site (yahoo.com.cn) and all the other Chinese websites. Please help. I turned my firewall off, but it still doesn't work. It worked like a week ago. SO plz plz plz help! thank you!

Same as what the first guy said. It has been on the news. You should know about this especially if you are Chinese. It will be three weeks before you it goes back to normal. Oh yea and the Chinese has a Internet within an Internet so if there is anything they don't want you to see you will not be able to see it.

Turn off your Windows firewall - the one that Microsoft builds into the system - that may be causing the problem.
BTW, the Yahoo China website is located here:

It is SLOW as molasses today, and other will be too, because an Earthquake yesterday destroyed about 90% of all Asian rim internet communications, and the underwater cables are still being repaired.

Chinese internet is so strictly regulated. If the chinese search for tienamen square they get glossy pictures, not the facts on what happened. If you got in once, i guess keep trying.
