is the program "DiscCleaner" a virus because i closed it and it downloaded itself and all of these pop ups keep appearing.
Disc Cleaner says it scannes for dangeous programs that are downloaded from the web by itself.
but have you had a problem with it?
Do you think it is a virus? If it is i deleted everything from it but it still appears that DiscCleaner.
How can i delete it i mean delete everything from DiscCleaner?

DiscCleaner is fake and it IS causing your problems.

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

It's not a virus, it's spyware. Try a known good spyware remover like Spybot (free for non-profit use) or Ad-Aware (free personal version) following their instructions and tutorials. I've google a little ajust to found many people with the same problem and no tested method to remove it.
Keep googling yourself and you may find it.

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.
besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.
