ok ok ok she had her son in the drivers seat with her, which I admit was dumb, but just because she's not wearing underwear and going to parties doesn't make her a bad mom! Why are people so judemental on other people who they don't know or live with but only by what they hear on tv!

Not only did she have her son in the driver's seat with her but she also had him in a rear facing car seat that was facing forward which is dangerous by the way, almost dropped him on more than one occasion, and he has already had a concussion. i wouldnt call her mom of the year. You are right just because she goes clubbing and wears no panties doesnt necesarrily mean she is a bad mom, but her actions affect her kids which obviously she doesnt think or care about. She has 2 small kids that should be #1 instead of acting out and going to parties. How would you feel if when you got older you seen videos and pictures of your mom flashing her coochie and partying instead of being with you. I dont think you would feel so great. If these people don't want to be judged for their actions then they shouldn't be famous and they should stay off tv and out of the tabloids.She makes her self look bad, so don't get bent out of shape because of the way people look at her. Everyone's opinion is not the same. We are just judging her for the way she puts her self out there. If you had kids of your own you would understand why people are so harsh towards her parenting. I have a 2 year old and he comes before anything else. I dont go out partying and leave someone to take care of him. Your kids should come before anything. And she seems like one person who should not have kids.

maybe she is not a bad Mom as far as abusing them but she did drive a car with the kid on her lap and its a LAW kids are supposed to be in car seats so tht is BY LEGAL DEFINITION child endangerment), also she is getting a bad reputation for herself by her antics and when you become a parent you sort of settle it down after all you do not want to have your life embarass your family esp your kids , which is what will happen if she doesn't cool her jets, I mean how would YOU feel if it was YOUR MOM flashing HER naked coochie all over the web and stuff? see what I mean? she is NOT putting anyone first before herself and THAT is what parenting is about, when I became a parent I knew I had had to chill on my wild stuff and then when I am done raising my kids I know that I can go party and do what I feel like again, but I still wouldn't want to do things that would get back to them and make them ashamed of me or that their peers might throw up in their face other kids can be very cruel and hurtful, being a parent means putting your needs 2nd most of the time, she is not mature enough to do that cause I guess her OWN parents spent their time indulging her so she has no role models she oughta take Rosie o'Donell up on her offer to move in with her and her kids, and get a role model

I don't think she is a bad mother @ all. The public eye only sees the pictures of her having difficult times w/ her children. What mother doesn't have problems? The think is that ppl chose to believe that from what the see from those pictures in the magazine is all the Britney is doing and that isn't true. She is trying the hardest to get by in life taking care of her children as well as getting back into her social life because she went through a nasty divorce with K-Fed. Ppl need to cut her some slack because she isn't a bad mother. It isn't like she is abusing or doing anything violent to hurt her kids. No mother is perfect. :)♥

It's all a tabloid ploy... She is going through a divorce so the media spotlight is dead on her. But if your gonna go out in public without panties then at least wear a longer skirt. Don't drop your kid where the media is staked out, and lastly don't ever drive with your kids in your lap... Come on how hard is it to put your child in the car seat and buckle it in.. Takes me less than 2 minutes. Don't wear 6" heals on your shoes to fall with your kid either.
