Try www.apartments.com and find one with utilities included. Then all you need to budget for is phone, cable and internet (get one of those deluxe packages with digital cable so it's one bill).

Do you mean rent an apt (not buy)?
Cost of a rental will depend on your location. Just stop by an average apt. complex in town and ask how much rent is and average utilities. Then call the phone company and ask about the phone and cable and internet. You should also include renter's insurance, which is cheap (around $15/mo), though most people don't have it.
For what you list alone, you're probably looking $700/mo., depending on your location.

Where would that apartment be? New York? San Francisco? East St. Louis? Determining the location would be a good place to start. You can look at Yahoo's Real Estate section to get an idea of prices in any of those locations and many more.

A LOT DEPENDS ON IF YOU ARE BUYING (LIKE A CONDO) OR RENTING. IT ALSO HAS A LOT TO DO WITH HOW THE BUILDING WAS BUILT, AND IF IT IS WELL INSULATED. THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO RESEARCH LOCAL APARTMENTS, AND SPEAK WITH THE REPRESENTATIVES THERE. THEY WILL KNOW MORE ABOUT IT, AND THEY USUALLY LIVE ONSITE, SO THEY CAN GIVE YOU A FIRST HAND GLANCE AT WHAT YOUR APARTMENT BILL AND AMMENITIES WILL COST EVERY MONTH.
ALSO - DON'T FORGET THE WHOLE 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR THING - HOT AIR DOES RISE, AND ITS USUALLY CHEAPER TO HAVE A UNIT ON THE UPPER FLOORS - EVEN IF IT DOES SUCK CARRYING GROCERIES...
