If your saying you cant trust your spouse...file seperate but married...talk to the person who does your taxes

If the kids lived with you more than 6 months and you provided more than 50% of their support you can file as married filing separate and take their exemption and let your spouse deal with her own tax problems also if she did not live with you the last 6 months of 2006 and you can provide documentation that you had separate residences and the kid situation applies here too than you can claim head of household.
