No one tossed him. It was an accident, though I think McMahon acted grossly negligent when he hired people who were incompetent because they were cheaper.
@ cpr_dummy...: You're a shame for every wrestling fan! Owen has never taken drugs! His father Stu would've beat him up if he only thought about it! And now stop talking **** about Owen!

Dude, don't make jokes. Anybody and everybody that even knows anything about wrestling and Owen Hart knows it was the routine stunt gone wrong by him not being hooked on properly to a harness.R.I.P Owen Hart

He was mad at Owen in real life, and took it as a chance to kill Owen, while he was performing his dangerous stunt entrance. He cut the wires and Owen fell to his death. Currently, Mark M. is in prison for life, because the security guards caught him before he could run away.

His harness broke. They were using the harness entrance to be similar to Sting in WCW at that time. HBK also used a harness entrance around that same time in the 90s

owens death was because of his own stupidity. he was on cocaine and said he could fly, when they went to lower him to the ring, he reached byhind his back and pulled the emergency release handle on the harness, and fell to his death. actually owen should not have been allowed to take part in that ppv that night. when they done the before match interview you could tell without a doubt he was high as the george pine slurring his speach and running around the announcer with his cape spread wide hollering i can fly. the announcer got agitated with him.
