I still need help with my web site?

How do you get this thing on a web site where you can have html graphics to give out to people and have a text scroller to where you could put the code in so you don't have to worry about it taking up so much room on the page and no i dont mean scrolling text as in it goes across the screen im still confused

use a for the scrolling text you need. grab a free or payed service and upload it to the ftp or whatever the service gives you access to!
