Can I still watch it on my tv? I've been searching for an answer, but can't find it. When you record through the pc dvr, can I watch it back on my tv or do I have to watch it on the pc?

As long as you have a video card with a TV output of some sort, then yes you can. For example, my video card has an S-video jack on it that I have hooked up to my TV. I play my videos stored on my computer in full screen mode and set the output to both the VGA port and the S-video port and voila! Some cards have an RCA jack on them, and if you have an HDTV and a good video card, you can get a computer DVI to HDMI cable.
