Unfortunately where I live we can be fairly certain that it will snow ... usually a lot.

Ummm it has already snowed in 2006...and depending on where you are located is the best indication of whether or not you will get snow. For instance, do you live in Hawaii? Unless you live in one of two locations in Hawaii you won't get snow...both of those are on top of Volcanic Peaks that actually do receive snow. Do you live in California? Then Northern Cal got slammed with a huge storm over the last two days as well some locations in Southern California. If you live in Wisconsin or Minnesota or Illinois, or New York or Maine then you will get some snow or maybe already have a lot since there have been some nasty storms this year. If you are not too terribly bright and live say in Puerto Rico or Florida...then I would say that would be a resounding NO for your region

Well - it only has 3 days left to 2006 - if it is going to snow in my area - the weather is going to have to get COLD and WET!@~

It depends where you are in the world. But, where I am, no, not a chance. Plus, there are only 3 days left in 2006.
