Can be as late as 23. My uncle fought in ww2. He was drafted at 18, and when he came home at 23 his clothes were all too short. I on the other hand never grew after 14. My brother put of marrying until 22. He was engaged at 21, we bought his wedding clothes right after the engagement, and he grew an inch or two before the wedding a year later.
Girls stop earlier but grow faster sooner. They'll be taller than the boys from 12-14ish, but then stop growing.

Women stop growing around the time they get their first period - anywhere between 10 - 13 years old. Men stop growing around the age of 21.

I would say it is at about the same time. I don't know for sure but I stopped growing at about 17 years old. I know some people that stopped as late as 19, but I think it depends on your genetic makeup. I think late teens is average though.

Relies on the guy, however most dont get more than 1 or 2 progress spirts...I'd say via the tip of high tuition I was executed growing in height...Despite the fact that my penis could disagree...Jk....But significantly, i think its round 18...You could always put on platform footwear though :)
