have you checked the thermostat? my next guess would be the water pump.

You need a pressurized system to circulate the coolant. Have the cap pressure checked and inspect the water pump drive belt. Also a stuck thermostat can inhibit or block circulation. You do not mention overheating. The thermostat would likely result in overheating.

So ,if you know this , then it must be over-heating or you have no heat or defroster..Run the engine until the temp gauge is 180-200 degrees. Squeese the upper radiator hose [you should feel pressure] let go, repeat. If you feel resistance, your thermostat is OK.
If you have no anti-freeze leaking under your vehicle, you have a
blockage and need to have the system flushed, or your heater core needs replacing
