"The Descent". I thought it was far better than all the remakes, rip-offs and franchise (I, II, III, blah, blah, blah) horror movies that have been churned out lately.

Nothing out of Hollywood - most of the modern day horror movies from Hollywood are just slasher flicks which are so over the top they are more funny than scary. As for movies like 'The Ring' and 'The Grudge' watch the original Japanese versions as they are a class above the American remakes. Go back to more classic horror where there was actual suspense and unknown twists that kept you on the edge of your seat, none of this modern stuff which is just people getting cut up & chased by masked people with knives with predictable ending.
Before you say I'm just some old person who doesn't know anything about the current bunch of horror films, I'm 22yrs old and have tried to watch the ones that get the big box office releases but walk away disappointed. Rather hire a dvd of a Japanese horror film any day.

i like underworld evolution the main character selene is so hot and the movie is cool.she saves all humadity from a powerful immortal.

the grudge 2 was good, saw 3 i think was better, final destination 3 was the best

The omen , it really scared me and my boyfriend , we had to sleep with the lights on for a month.
