You can buy a thermometer and check your temperature it will go up slightly when you ovulate, for about 3 days
i can tell when I ovulate I can feel a slight pulling about a 10 - 14 days before I start bleeding, maybe once you get used to the feeling via the thermometer you will recognize it too.......I can even feel what side is producing the egg

This is what I did and it helps its not exact but it helps. type in ovulation calendar into your browser and you will find out that way, or you can buy ovulation monitors at the drugstore, and if you want the best results talk to your dr.

You will have a mucus kind discharge, and it happens around 14 days after your period begins.

they have online ovulation calendars just search yahoo or google for one and enter your last period date. also you would know because you would secrete clear mucous at that time also

put your fingers in you and if they come out all sticky and looks like egg whites and sticky on your fingures then giver . chances are its time

MOST FERTILE IS WHEN YOUR MUCUS IS STICKY AND STRECHY. LIKE SNOT. ITS GROSS BUT KEEP AN EYE ON THAT.
