I even have lost 5 pounds in my first week. it is my 10th day and that i've got risk-free salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you reported. After 4 years of attempting, the fat is ultimately coming off. It relatively sounds like magic! initiate on the prompt!

I don't think he will. It carries all his cache. It would be like if Notorious BIG lost all his weight and just became Notorious...actually that sounds kinda cool.
