and have no desire to get a GED. I should have just gotten a special ed certificate while I was in school.

Were you in special ed? If so, you're right, you should have gotten a certificate. As far as your teachers, they are probably feeling sorry for you for not having taken the opportunity to get a H.S. degree or even attempt you GED. You've just made your life more difficult for youself....

Teachers will go on teaching and keep trying with others. I do have a question: Why are you concerned what teachers think of you when you don't think much of yourself?

I think it was your choice.I cant make you change your mind nor can i yell at you.What i can say/do is be dissapointed in you.I mean you probably dropped outta skool cause u thought it was boring.WELL HAHAHA I bet its real boring now.Or mayb cause it was too hard.Well hahahaha again cause u dont have a full education to help u survive..now thats hard.Or maybe cause u thought it was pointless hahaha to that too cause how is getting an education for learning..& then getting into a A+ college makin all the $$ u want to make havin all the cars u want living in the biggessst hosue u can buy POINTLESS?? Well hey just remember when times get hard u can ALWAYS go back to school and turn ur life around!!!

my nephew dropped out with less than 3 weeks to graduate, worked three years took the GED and scored the highest of the group. Still working in resturants, but playing the blues on the weekends and making good jack.

Being a former teacher, I have no abhorrent emotion towards you whatsoever. Your pestiferous view of educators does leave me in a quandary but I will have to masticate those thoughts before I can give you an educated opinion and distribute that promulgation along to the public at large.

I am not a teacher,but you should go get your GED at least. Might need it to get a job.

I am not a teacher, but I do find it very sad that you have such low self esteem that you do not want to better yourself.
