Everyone has a personality.Maybe some of them are shy and quieter then others.Many believe it does not pay to become '
involved with your co-workers on a personal basis or open.
Some believe to behave professionally means just that.
People have their own lives and friends.Some people are
quiter for fear of getting involved that others might become to
know some sort of "truth" about them.Some people lead very private lives or were taught to do or taught to stay quiet.
Actaully lot's of problems stem from people who get too close
when both are on the same prof basis.The is true in the corporate
world and higher paying job force.I (People who are friendly and open wth others might be percieved as something actually
not so great.Like butt kissers,phonies ,weak and so forth.)
It is a fact that many people from lower paying jobs once they get involved may become more involved in unheathy ways for
co workers and employees who have to work together..
This can cause uncomfortable or drama like situations for them and others who have to work with them.
Many people fear getting close period ,because they believe that might lead them too close for comfort.Some just believe in doing what they are there for .With lives and places and people to see of their"own" and maybe want to get home.then spend those twenty minutes on friendly small talk and socialising.Some people
could even be involved in relationships where jealousy and
control play a role.I think all of these people are some what weak.
Mostly all of it's out of some fear or knowing .Maybe some have something to hide? Who really knows .But the former is mostly accepted as truer.Unless your working with the sick or handicapped somehow?
