Is there any possible way for me to get the emails that I deleted on my Hotmail account?

I read this email and I accidently deleted it, how do I get it back?

See if it's in the "deleted" folder or the "trash can". If not, you're SOL.

Look in the Trash folder. If it's not there, it's gone for good.

I dont think you can, other than asking whoeveer sent it to you to send again.
