Yet the FDA rules Canadian imported drugs, (made by our own drug companies), are unsafe!!!

If they outlaw cigarettes, why not outlaw everything else that is harmful to your body?
It's not going to happen.

They will not outlaw cigarettes for numerous reasons, the main one being the Tobacco lobby.
Also, I want to know when the federal government will decriminalize marijuana.
The government needs to keep their morality out of our lives.
I agree, Canadian import drugs should be allowed in our country, but that is another money making issue.

I hate smokers, but you can't outlaw something because it can kill you. Cars, guns, alcohol, MacDonald's... all kill people too. What you are asking if Fascism. Ever see Demolition Man with Stallone and Bullock? That movie shows exactly what it will be like if we start outlawing things that are bad for us. No salt, cursing, SEX, load noise...

I agree the Canadian drugs should be let in and we should legalize marijuana.

And I'm a Republican too>> SHHH don't tell.

The FDA cannot outlaw cigarettes. That is the job of the legislature. There is too much tax money being collected, too many lawyers making contributions to law makers, too many farmers making money and lobbying to prevent abolishing this very lucrative cash crop.
I agree that cigarettes should be banned. They do absolutely nothing for the smoker. When you smoke marijuana, you can at least get high if/when you make yourself sick.

If they ever outlaw cigarettes, I will plant, and grow my own tobacco... why don't people get off the backs of smokers?
Shut down a McDonalds, or a Burger King, or maybe one of them other health risks...Taco bell passing out poison, and you complain about a damn cigarette...
leave the smokers alone... damn we can't hardly go anywhere now because of complainers, hell, I'm tired of all the "no smoking" complaints, they want us to buy the cigarettes, pay the taxes for the cigarettes, but not smoke the cigarettes.... what the hell is that?
I drink water, because pop will ruin my kidneys, I eat salads, because PETA wants to save the animals...
Damn... can I smoke, if non smokers don't want to be around it then they should go to a non smoking Island..
Complain about weed, or crack... not who bought the last pack of Newports!

as against chain smoking tobacco products they are safer, yet they are not danger loose. it is not merely the FDA that pronounced against them, wellness companies in numerous different international places have expressed concerns. those could be marketed to non-human beings who smoke as a secure determination to smoking tobacco, human beings could be extra apt to attempting them than they might a favourite piece of tobacco.

Twinkies are addicting. Heart disease, diabetis, cancer, you name it is caused by obesity. Cigarettes are a easy target for politicians to get votes. Tobacco is the whipping boy for now. Stress kills more peolpe than cigarettes. It is just another example of our two faced money motivated society.
