also cheap but still good quality like no more than like 11 dollars

I would definitely try JC Penney or sears. They seem to have a good collection of bras at reasonable prices. If you are not really sure of your size( most girls are not) go to Victoria Secret and asked to be fitted. You don't have to buy in there (they are expensive) but at least you will know your correct size. They don't make bras in the A size with 4 hooks. That is meant for heavier chests. I would go with something seamless with no underwire. Good Luck

Just about any retail store will also have bras. Look in the girls department around where the socks and panties are. You can also try the lingire department, but you probably won't find a 32a there.
