CHANGE - get some change in your life

Get counseling!

There are times when we will feel like that. This means we have to sit down, look at the past and then flush away whatever is causing us pain making a mental note to do whatever is in your power to not allow the same situation to repeat.

We all become ovewhelmed sometimes but the key is not to give up. There is always something we are striving to achieve. Make a goal and live to fulfill it. When you do make another. That is the point of living. Accomplishment.
When you get that sense of accomplishment, you feel as if all that time just living to fulfill it was really worth it.

I am extremely sorry you feel that way. But really you can't become fed up with life. Life is very long yet you will find that when you live it to the fullest, there is very little time in this very long life.
Enjoy life when it brings happiness and cherish it on days when it brings sorrow because sorrow is one of its darker beauties. If we were happy all the time, we would soon grow to forget why we were living. There has to be a balance with everything.

Here's a great idea.

Rent a wheelchair for a month. For a month you are not allowed to walk. You have to use the wheelchair in the middle of the night just to go to the bathroom. You can't drive your car unless it is designed for someone without the use of their legs.

Put up with that for a month and the first day you can walk again as if healed by a miracle, suddenly the life you took for granted will seem much brighter.

A very smart man once said that HAPPINESS IS A MEASURE OF WHAT WE HAVE COMPARED TO WHAT WE EXPECT.

Here is another surefire winner. Do something totally unexpected for someone else who has it even worse than you. If possible, don't even let them know it was you that did it. The amount of happiness this gives you will shock you.

Congratulations!

Getting fed up with life is a state which only fortunate can reach. But there are two ways you can go from here, and you are fortunate only if you chose the correct one.

One is to continue in this state, expose yourself to depression and related effects. Life will be miserable, whatever you do in this state.

Second is to return to the state of natural being. To broaden your vision. To realize the futility of this mundane life. To understand things from a larger perspective. To understand, that really, the 80-90 years we live is a zilch when you see the timescale involved since the beginning of the universe, creation of earth, history of mankind etc. We are smaller than a speck of dust in this huge earth. Even the earth is much lesser than a speck of dust in the universe. Aren't we taking our life too seriously? This will take you to questions like
What is life?
What is the purpose of life?
What am I?
Who am I?

Trying to find out the answers to these questions is a journey in itself. Enjoy this journey!

only you can make your life worth living! When you find your purpose your skills and talents in this world, your life becomes a place of wonder and happiness becomes yours! However if you spend all your time searching for artificial Love,or Love of people you will end up getting dissapointed again and again. If you work only to work and not to enrich the world but merely to support yourself you will never get the meaning of what is your purpose.Live the life you want you do not need anything special everything you need is already here,God IS ONLY WAITING FOR YOU TO BEGIN.The universe will open its arms and release much blessings but you have to make the first move.

Why are you fed up with living?

Try to think more positively if you can. When I was younger, I would dwell on the negative a lot more than I do now. Life isn't easy but we make the most of it. I rather be alive and feeling sad than dead and not feeling anything.

Realize that I am here for a purpose and keep on going. Also knowing that my children need me keeps me going just because I love them so much and selfishly I am not ready to leave them...

Let's just say that you can't be able to realize how white actually is if you haven't been acquainted at first with what black looks like...... just look at as a means to an end.....

J.D Sallinger once said "I am a kind of paranoiac in reverse. I suspect people of plotting to make me happy."

Think about it..........
