HOW? I will tell you how. Take your frustrations and write them all down. Everyone at one time or other are "fed up" ..But its the strong ones that keep plugging on to stay alive. Taking ones life is not an answer to "fed up" but just a reason to get fed on life. You need nourishment to stay alive. Try to find a reason to get fed on life instead of being fed up. Life is a gift and not to be taken lightly. Find what you are fed up with and try and find a way to get nourishment from what is making you feel so down.Hope this helps in a small way. You have to go on whether its good or not. Peace to you.

The reason why people are fed up is because this is not our real home. IT is called Maya(illusion) and is temporary and full of misery. We are not these bodies,or minds, race, color, religion, nationality, job, etc. We are eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. If we want to get out of this miserable condition the quickest way is to chant the Maha Mantra (the great mantra for deliverance from suffering and illusion. go to krishnaculture. for details also go to stelphen-knapp. for e-books The Key to real Happiness. Suicide is not the answer though. If one takes their own life they become a ghost who suffers incessantly the misery they where in at the time of death. They have no senses to enjoy so they try to take over others bodies. They are so lonely and scared. We have to take the reigns of our mind and control of our life and know the meaning of life to be happy. Read Bhagavad Gita as it is BY Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada gives one all we need to be happy and get out of this place. We never die only the body dies and we have to plan for our next destination. Best to choose the eternal blissful abode where their is no more repeated birth, death, old age, and disease.

find something to live for; if you tried that already, find something else to live for. Think of life and what a gift it is, and how much you would feel if someone threw away a gift you gave to them. listen to music, or if you don't like music, find someone to talk to. Do something you really enjoy. You'll find that you're not really fed up with life, so to say, you're just in a bad time and need to find something to do. Just think: Every depression is eventually followed by an uplifting. Such is with life.

Dude, everybody is fed up with it to some degree everyday. Go to the yellow pages, look up "massage", find a place that does house calls, make sure when you call you ask if they give "full body massages" and "happy endings." It'll set you back $150 - $200 but, you'll be glad you did it.

Consider the alternative and the permanency of it. You will get there some day, no question about it. Why hurry it?
At least while you are living there are options. There is a certain finality with death that would hopefuly tend to deter anyone considering it.
Get some serious help.

Sleep and wake up trefreshed to another day, look at the wonderful blue sky and nature all around you, marvel at the world, not the people in it, and if that fails imagine yourslf six foot under in a box, thats boring huh???

Well, wish I had the answer, and I don't. I keep living, cause I will beat who ever is taunting me with this teasing of living. Then I realized, life is hard, but the fact that you have lived this long is pretty much rock'n. Living this long, means your stronger then you think.
