God does not hate, OK. Don't worry about the first poster, he is a jerk. We don't hate him, (the poster), he is just a jerk, and that's just an opinion. OK
Don't worry what others say to you, what you feel in your heart is what counts. If you love God, then God loves you no matter what. Be happy you are here and enjoy the good people that come into your life, its short.

Actually God does "hate" things. Divorcing, a false witness are a few things God hates, actually he detests them. God says that homosexuality, adultery, idolatry, fornication, drunkenness and so on, will not inherit his kingdom, but he doesn't hate her person. Gods wish is that all sorts of men (humans in general) gain life, his wish is that no one gets destroyed. All he wants is for people that practice such things, repent and turn away from this life course.
Its real simple, God says that if you just obey his commandments, he would make your life a river-calm and relaxing, and yet he says his laws aren't burdensome.

I don't believe that The Creator is prone to Human emotions such as hate, or love or any emotion for that matter. Some Religions would like you to believe that, but they are going by words written by Men long ago, and I don't believe that they were inspired by anything but their own personal lust for power and control. God didn't write any books!!!
