Recently, the History Channel showed a documentary based ON THE LIFE AND TRIALS OF SADDAMS HUSSEIN'"s two sons. They did some pretty immoral things, and I'm not talking about religion, I mean immoral towards basic human rights. And Until today I never realized why we hunted them down. My question today is, "Why or haow did someone like his eldest son and Saddam Hussein himself get a position in power, in this day and age? What percentage of the world's countries is still ruled by people like this?

People that cheat other people are ALWAYS the ones in political power in almost ALL countries.
In order to be a polititcian you have to want to get something for nothing. You have to be willing the take the work of others at the point of a gun and put the effort of others into your own pocket. In no case is it moral to do this, but in all cases the people doing it would have your belive that the people being governed are the ones that need the govenors. They always create problems that don't exist so they can swoop in and "solve them".

If you hope Sadaam burns in hell, you are setting the stage for your own hell-bound destination. You should never wish for people to go to hell. You should wish for a just judgment here.
