I am 3 centimeters dilated at 37 going on 38 weeks and my doctor did an exam all she did was put 2 fingers and and she said she felt the head right there. Am I going to go into labor soon??

Very well could be, but again women walk around 3 cm for weeks at a time, and of course the head is right there, were else would it be? When you start getting contractions and they do not go away it is time. Good luck.
