My doctor seemed to think that I was faking 'being sick' while pregnant to get out of work! I am fainting.. that is pretty hard to fake!

Duh, that is what your file is all about, you do have the right to read your file with your doctor and ask any questions you have. If you are not comfortably with this doctor get a new one who is more sensitive to your needs.

He is supposed it write down his thoughts in your file. And actually fainting is not at all hard to fake.

Yes they can, and yes, they do. It's the whole CYA process. In case something comes back on a doctor (i.e. lawsuit or any other kind of trouble), the doctor has covered his or her own butt by writing what they told you in your file.

Besides, everything that they write in there is their professional opinion, anyways. Why would a terminal cancer patient go to get a "second opinion"?

how is fainting hard to fake and yes he can have is own opinion and write it down

Well, he is not a psychologist, but if that's his medical opinion then yes, he can put it in your file.
