Seems like the major thing everybody wants is to have an experience even without a degree. I start questioning what is the point of going to college if U will have such a hard time finding a job?

I had the same problem. You will have to take an entry level position. Check monster.com. I found it to have the best quality of business field jobs. I worked at my entry level job as a marketing assistant for 2 years, and then searched again for a higher position at another company. It took about 6 months, but I found a place and position I really love now. Hang in there, it'll happen.

I have a suggestion that may help some. I don't know if it would help you:

Why not see what the military has to offer? With a Bachelor's degree you could be an officer. You could travel all around the world. You could pick a field that matches what your degree was in then you would have some experience and a background that puts you above everyone else looking for the same jobs.

I of course did the same, though in the opposite direction. I enlisted first, got my degree, and got hired before I even finished taking my last final. I didn't even get to do the job hunting some of my friends did. One big difference? I was the only one prior military.

This will also set you back about 4 years much like taking entry level positions will do. However, I can not begin to tell you how much companies like prior military individuals. They are more likely to:
Work hard
Not have a criminal record
Not do drugs
Being military with an honorable discharge automatically prescreens you for what companies will screen you for.

Something to think about.

I think if your GPA is not high, work experience will give you an advantage.

Since most people realized this, they all are out looking for interships before graduation.

Work experience really gives you an idea about the industry and the position. Not to mention the level of professionalism you can get from your "real world" peers. It's an education you cannot pay with money.

If your GPA is not high, no work experience, then you will face a fierce competition from other students. That's the reason why it's harder to find a job.

If you don't have a degree, it will be hard to find anyone who will let you have an experience working in their company (unless they're your relatives who feel bad for you or something).

So be grateful that you have a degree. Now you just need to fill in some experience in your resume... (volunteers, research assistant, teaching assistant, accountant in school, intership etc... something relevant). I'm sure with good interview skills, you'll get a job.

i think of you're in between a rock and a annoying place. that's what some could call a 'capture 22' situation. at the start, your question incorporates a double damaging in, 'do not infrequently'. How did you gain a BS in employer administration in case you communicate like that? Secondly, you will desire to have got here across your self some employer journey whilst examining. it might have paid peanuts, even inspite of the shown fact that it could have made a contribution in direction of your CV. result: threat neglected.

I'm going through the same thing right now. I got my BS in Business Admin, but when I went to interviews they told me they wanted exp and degree, not "or" like the ad said. My advice, and what I did, is to go to the companies you want, and take a lower level position that you can move up in quickly. Either way, you will gain the exp they want. Sometimes you have to take a step back to move forward. The job will come. Stats says it can be up to 5 years before you are working in the career of your choice after you graduate.
