guys who dont get their penis circumsized when they are babys tend to have their 'penis' smaller in size..would you say that is true...at least for mine I believe it is..no complaints here..I know how to use mine very well.

No, that is totally untrue, circumcism does not make penis sizes larger. If anything, the scarring from the mutilation might reduce the size.
