I want to be in mood always...be happy and think less about the problems and sad stuff...what can i do?any advice?

1. Try not to worry too much about things you can't do anything about, such as International Polotics, etc

2. Forget all your regrets if you have any and try to move on

3. Concentrate on hanging out with happy people

4. Have fun with yourself, lie in every now and then, watch your favourate movie with a coco now and then

5. Set yourself acieveable goals to a better you, and start ticking them off

You have to deal with the problems in your life. You can be a happy person and still have bad things happen to you. When your unhappy you have to grieve. I'm a generally happy person. but when bad things happen or someone makes me upset...I'll go somewhere where I'm alone, maybe the car or the shower and cry my heart out and yell out all those things that I feel and then after doing this, I'll feel so much better. Its better than taking it out on someone else or letting that stuff fester in you mind.

Its weird how feelings are. You can feel so strongly about something and then have a fight with the love of your life and then the next day be feeling so good, you almost wonder why you fought in the first place.

Laugh more, don't stress the small stuff, its not worth it, pray, and try to eliminate stress from your life. Don't take on too much then you can handle. Say no sometimes, there's nothing wrong in that and it doesn't make you a bad person for doing so.

And most importantly Pray.

There is something called "zest for life" think of those things you like and try to clarify why it is that you like them....about other stuff you dont like... well theres a philosopher from the 20th century who wrote that as long as you keep an open minded you are more likely to find happiness in places you never imagined....this way more things in the world will be able to make you happy......
On the other hand think about those things that worry you, then wonder what is the worst thing that could happen.....when you view these things from that perspective you will realize that whatever happens it doesnt really have any cosmic consequence that can be desecrating to the fate of the universe....just know that worriying is just as effective as chewing bubble gum to solve an algebra equation........rather think of it as caring......when you have an issue....give it great thought for a couple of minutes then leave in the back of youre mind....then after a day or two has passed think of it again....i bet you youll get better ideas ............ the best way to find happiness I think is to find a way to transcend in life......go find out how you can be an inspiration to other people or at least have a family or something this in a way will provide you with the highest degree of happiness.....anyways good luck on youre conquest....

Find a really good church that teaches the Word of God and find peace in knowing the Lord. But remember, even though we can strive to be a happier person there will always be lifes challenges to overcome.

Try to keep your mind on other things. Go for walks and make time for yourself. Find someone you can trust and tell that person everything that's on your mind and bothering you. Have your doctor prescribe antidepressants. If all fails, try praying. God always listens.

Well, think of your problems and what keeps you
from being happy and solve those problems.
Your not going anywhere until they are. If they can't
be solved, make them better.
Then try and find things you like to do, watch, eat, play....ect;
Then things might go better for you.

Focus on all the positive things that are happening in your life! Meditating helps and also getting plenty of exercise helps lift your spirits!

Well let me tell you that is hard not to think about problems cause they are everywhere. However try some meditation and see how it goes. I hope it works on you!

my advise is to seek all your needs and problems in Jesus, in the bible 2 chronicles 30:19 it says "who set his heart on seeking God-the Lord ,the God of his fathers-even if he is not clean
verse 20 says"the lord heard Hezekiah and healed the the people"
so don't u think if u seek in him for everything he will blessed u with happiness and dont set your mind bout the problems and sad things that happens set your mind on god and put your trust in him for he is the one that's heals us from our problems so pray and put all your trust in him our Lord God
