look, i have a little bit of clothes! I want something that makes me look skinny and really cute. but what? i have a hot pink tank top that i could put my white jean swetter over or a baby blue shirt with a white tie. I also have a green strapless dress that i will put a small jaket over. Witch one should i take? Now keep in mind that this is for a passaport picture!

You colors are way to bright for pictures. And passport pictures mainly just take a pic of your face. Just wear a nice top. A sweater is fine and I would stick with the blue, hot pink will reflect off your face and make you look bad and a green strapless dress is out of the question. Remember to smile.:)

Personally I think the first outfit you described is a bad idea. The green dress with the jacket sounds great though! Don't go too over the top or flashy, it doesn't look good. I'm sure you'll look great and take an awsome picture!

cuz u always want 2 b unique

Wear everything ya want, just give your own style, and ya will noticed that it provide to be true!

It's only a passport picture don't get melodramatic. Just make sure your hair and makeup are done, you can't see anything else.
