1. eject disk
2.pull out battery
3. putt in battery
4.restart
if it still has issue's try taking out battery then memory stick
install battery then restart

Try basic troubleshooting. Turn it off and back on again, or take the battery out while it's on, and hard-shock it.
This may help, and it may not... check the users manual, or take it to game stop where they get paid to tell you what's wrong, or call the Geek Squad...
