You have to either be related to or connected to the right people. Rarely can you lobby as a casual worker seeking permanent placement! Some may suggest there are rules against this pratice & there are, but visit your local union offices to see what happens!

Usually the only way to get into a union is if the job you are employed in has a union. Otherwise good luck.
