No and I wish there was. I think that I may have met someone that I knew in a past life. I have been trying to forget this person for several months now and can't.

Forgetting can be accomplished Normally through Hypnosis and by choice. It's a normal function of the brain. So why go Paranormal when Normal works. The mind is a powerful thing.

No, never in my life have I ever heard of such a para normal way to COMPLETELY FORGET A PERSON YOU"VE EVER MET but I do know how to make one forget of a person they've met (not completely) unless they our reminded of the person otherwise the memories experienced will not occur in the mind. I do not think this is possible except for Amnesia or Psycho- Motor Epilepsy, but these are not considered "paranormal"

it's an ambiguous question because you have to be specific about : the time that you have spend with that person / and what other memories you share with that person.
So ...in case u don't get sick ( mentally )...you either can forget or can't forget....:)))
