I just set up my new fish tank (10 gal.) and all down the inside walls are these little air bubbles. Is this normal?

yes, whenever i clean my fish tank and add clean water there are always air bubbles. these are healthy. and shows a clear sign that the fish tank is so clean and the water is extremely clean.Leave them for the fish to play with.

I wouldn't worry about it. When I refresh the water in my tanks I have air bubbles to. It depends on how fast the water fills and after some time they will disappear. If you want you can read more about it on my personal fish blog. Hope I helped.

yes they will go away in a couple of days. just make shore that you don't have air bubbles rising from the bottom of the tank at a consistent rate this means that you have a leak in your tank. Tank leaks are very rare and only happen if you put the tank on an uneven surface.

Yep, it is normal, just the air in the water/gravel.

Make sure you cycle the tank BEFORE you add fish.

It could possibly be a supersaturation issue. Make sure that you have a good filter that pours into the water from above the water line (not a fully submersible one). Also, make sure your sump isn't running dry and that none of the hoses in your filter are loose.

The fish needs to mate if the fish is making the bubbles
