I always keep my promises when I make them - I don't do it often as I dont want to go back on my word, but if its a situation where I feel I can definately do something thats usually when I'll make a promise!

Yes,always, but I do not give promises easily, only when I am sure that I can keep it.

Promises, yes. General statements of a continuing nature? I try. There are 3 kinds of people. Those that try, fail, and give up. Those that try and continue to try. And, those that have no intention of trying.

Yes, I have made a point to never make empty promises. If I don't know if I can keep a promise, even as simple as "I'll call you tomorrow", then I will say something like "I'll try to call you tomorrow", "Let's talk tomorrow", or "If I don't call you by 6, go ahead and give me a buzz and we'll talk." Making promises you can't keep causes stress, and then you (should) feel bad when you break them even if you forgot.

Yes! I hate to break promises. I know how it feels to have them broken so I try my best not to.

i neva make promisses i dont keep. so if i promise things i make sure it happen or i will never have promise them in the first place
