There is a recognised condition known as "seasonally affected disorder" - or SAD.

Some buildings now fit flourescent tubes that give off UV to replicate sunlight, see if your school will do it.

Also consider taking Vitamin D tablets during winter, and getting out in to daylight as often as you can.

See if you can get a holiday somewhere warm and sunny during half term.

yea it's seasonal depression. try to work in more lighted areas during the winter.
