I read and heard multiple times that she wanted to focus on a movie career.
I was so sad when they killed her off. And they got rid of Marina and now maybe Carmen??????? I am truly upset.

I read she wanted to pursue other opportunitie's. She was in an episode of the Showtime original serie's, "Dexter".
