First: stop practicing! Your wrist needs rest and time to heal.
Second: try using ice (20 minutes at a time, not longer) to help with the pain. Also take Advil or Tylenol (Advil will help take swelling down if it is swollen).
If it's still very sore after a few days (and doesn't seem to be improving), then see a doctor to make sure there's nothing more serious than just a little overuse.

I as quickly as had a in part torn ligament in my wrist and had a cortisone shot. If the shot is complete properly, the soreness could pass away in some days. regrettably, the quack that I went to accidently hit a nerve on me and that i had soreness for a month that replaced into worse. It went away once I used something referred to as iontophoresis and a splint. the issue is that there's no longer lots mushy tissue in the wrist and this is common to hit the incorrect shape. good success.

try to rotate your wrist around to warm them up before doing something on your hands. I used to do gymnastics and this helped me very much.
