They might, at a court side game if you get really lucky or if they are in a great mode.
Or if you might them just randomly.
They do have autographs on sale for hundreds of dollars in the nba store

whoever said Wade is the best player is retarted. LeBron is the best no question Wade is overrated and when Shaq comes back his numbers are gonna go down. Anyway, I ran into Lebron once at the Cleveland Clinic and he was happy to give me an autograph

IDK know about all of them but I go to A LOT of cavs games and I have NEVER even seen LeBron dring pre-game autographs a lot of players warm-up and don't sign during the session but I've never even seen LeBron warming up at that time. I remember reading the Wade likes to sign during every game but I went to 2 cavs vs. heat games and never saw D-Wade or Shaq until autograph sessions were over. The only superstar I've seen sign was GIlbert Arenas at a cavs game

Like Ling T said, it depends on what mood they are in. Sometimes they will, sometimes, they'll walk right past you. It's not like they are obligated to give you a autograph, unless they're at some fan-appreciation type thing.
