nope, it can only handle so much so know it is like saying can you overcharge your phone?

the first few times of use is more important to completely drain etc but after that it does not matter

The answer is no because the laptop has circuits to prevent that. It shuts off the charger when the battery is fully charged. The charger only runs when the battery drains from use or just sitting around long enough to lose some juice.

No. I work 10-12 hours per day on my laptop, using power from the wall socket and with the battery in the laptop. Have been doing this for years, and never a problem.

Nope. But to get longer life out of the battery, run the machine on battery until it tells you to charge it. Do that once every week or two.

With newer batteries, no. Use to, they would suffer from "memory-loss" if not charged properly but the lithium-ion batteries aren't bad about it. Eventually it will get weaker and weaker though.

possibly, some manuls do say if you intend to keep your laptop on charge once the battery is fully charged, remove the battery

short answer: no. It's almost impossible to overcharge a battery.

Long answer: As long as you're connected to a standard wall outlet that isn't malfunctioning it is highly unlikely that you'll cause any problems with the battery. Please note, if you ever go to a different country where they use a different voltage, you MUST use a converter.
