Sweetheart - nobody on the Internet will be able to diagnose you with such complex symptoms. I am a little bit shocked about your doctor. It is his duty to make sure that you entirely understand the diagnosis and the treatments or tests he suggests. He should either write everything down or help you to find somebody who can do signing. I suggest you see another doctor. Sorry to hear about your difficulties and all the best.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by ARN. If you did not understand your doctor. Make another appointment and bring someone that will and can translate it back to you. Make a list of questions you want answered before you go. The symptoms you describe could be many things. There really isn't a way to have them explained to you with out more detail.
