Casablanca is the gold standard, but The Quiet Man and Rebecca are amazing. The Quiet Man has the beautiful backdrop of Ireland with two powerhouse actors in John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara. Rebecca is an awesome Hitchcock movie with a great story from Daphne du Maurier.
