Don't worry too much, pretty much any fruit is safe but maybe just double check before giving it to them. Try raisins horses go crazy for them!

Yes it is. Most horses have a "strange" snack they like. I know of a high level dressage horse that loves banana skins. I have also seen research showing that contrary to popular belief, the flavor chosen most by horses was banana, so he's just following instict I suppose :)

Horses are pretty good at knowing what is good for them, so dont worry, I would advise washing them first, as they are not washed before put on sale like the fruit you eat the skins of, and they spray the insides of banana boats with insecticide to kill any spiders etc, apart from that munch away!

Yes! Banana skins are good for the horse actually, lot of vitamins. Also watermelon rind, apple peels and just about any other fruit you can think of.

Mine love them too..I don't think there's anything that you'd need to worry about...Just make sure they don't slip on them nor you for that matter...
