My former employer told me to do something that was really stupid, When I questioned them about it they told me they would have me sit in philly. I am a truck driver. i did what i was told to do the police impounded the truck and load. it cost 4000.00 to get it out. when i got home, they fired me and refuse to pay me what they owe me. The labor board will not do anything. lawyers want more than is owed to me to go after it. I am about to be homeless because there are no state help for white people who has no family can anyone tell me what to do.

If it was a company owned truck, why did you have to pay 4000 to get it out of the impound? You can try to go for unemployment, and when they reject you, you can argue it in front of the board. Then you can present the evidence you have and see why you got wrongfully fired. I'm curious as to why the LRB won't help you. Need more details!

You shouldn't do something that is illegal - even if your employer asks you to do it. You are still responsible for your actions no matter who asks you to do it.
