Do you have to watch "Fire" and "Earth" (by Deepa Mehta) before you watch "Water?

Also, is it necessary to watch "Koi Mil Gaya" before Krrish?

I didn't know if it was necessary to know the story lines of these films in order to understand them.

you don't need to watch fire, earth and water - its not a triology, they are just 3 films made by the same person, you can watch krishh by itself too, you might just enjoy koi mil gaya though, and if you don't ant to watch koi mil gaya , heres a tip, its along the lines of ET, so you'll know where it is coming from .. .cheers!!

I don't know about Fire, Earth and Water, but I can tell you about Krrish. Nope. It's not necessary to watch Koi Mil Gaya first. I still haven't seen it, and I understood Krrish just fine. They give you plenty of clues as to how it relates to the previous storyline throughout the film.
