No not really! Everyone goes trough changes like these.....you should actually be very happy, besides four months is a pretty long time and it could also mean that you are getting a faster metabalisim. Maybe you are doing something differant you never know what affects some foods will have on your body. You could be getting just the right amount of sleep at night, not too little or too less. That tends to have a very big impact on your weight. Hope it helps a little bit!

hi,have you changed your life style or have you gone onto new medication, sometimes this can be a factor in loosing weight,or have you decided to cut back but didnt think that by giving up those small pleasures in life that it would make so much difference ,why not get your doctor to take a look at you and run a few blood test that way he/she can put your mind at rest all the best.

Are you pregnant, just had a baby? Anything going on in your life for you to be losing weight. If not maybe it could be a thyroid problem, you should go see your family doctor and have them check it out.

If you're pregnant, are you suffering from sickness? I did in the first trimester and lost some weight, but baby was fine and I did recover, and put on the lost weight, and more over the rest of my pregnancy!

The reason everyone is mentioning pregnancy is because you have put your question in that category.
It wouldnt do any harm to get some blood tests done off your doctor, just to be on the safe side.

Did you just have a baby? Losing your pregnancy weight could go very quickly. Otherwise, I don't know. I would definitely go see a dr.
