thong underwear, nylon tights.. you could paint your toe nails too!
a bra but only if you have a baggy sweater so people can't see thru!

Hose or stockings with garter belt. Make sure you wear pants that aren't too tight. Panties are all good, again as long as your pants are not tight. bras can be worn as long as you wear a sweater or jacket so it won't show. Those are the kinds of things I used to do before I came out. Hope this helps.

there are 2 things you can wear. the first is called a gaff. they run about $10 each. it gives you the "flat front" look of a woman AND hides your genitalia. the second, which i wear, is called a latex wearable vagina. the run about $300. i wear it and it is so much more comfortable than a gaff (which i wore for years). the upside to the wearable is that you can urinate like a woman without having to totally pull everything down and out. ....so to speak. you can get the gaff from just about any online crossdressers site. the wearable you can get from castle supplies.

Panties, pretty much all types, hosiery, camisoles. Some women's jeans are pretty much indistinquishable from men's. I would suggest bulky shirts or sweaters and make sure you look yourself over in a mirror before leaving the house.
