Well, screw whomever reported you. You have a legit question. Certainly you can masterbate and stop before orgasm, won't impact you at all, unless you are physically preventing the ejaculate from coming out during orgasm, then that is dangerous and can cause permanent damage. If you haven't reached orgasm then there is no pressure to release. Some guys do stop before orgasm, and then wait a while and go after it again, supposedly it may make your orgasm more intense and a bigger release, but who knows if that is really true since each orgasm is usually different and intensity and volume vary from time to time.

You can do that, but I wouldn't advise it every time. Stopping and starting is fine, but at some point you need to let things finish.

It won't do any physical harm, but you may have discomfort. If the pressure builds too much your body has a way of taking care of itself (nocturnal emissions).

yea its fine......once you stop then the semen will slowly reverse itself, then you start that engine up again!!!!!!
